Today I’m applying to work on Toptal as a Software developer. Let me explain why I’m doing it.

After I finished my Masters, and since our beloved Brazil is on a political and financial crisis, I decided that I would work outside Brazil, I don’t want my incomings being affected by our economy’s instability.

My first decision was to update myself about new versions of technologies. I joined freecodecamp last week, it was very basic staff but I enjoyed the bootstrap layout for responsive design. I’m doing my portfolio now.

After a week looking for companies that allows remote software developers, I found Toptal on stackoverflow and watched this video, after that, I decided that’s where I want to be working…

And here I am, applying to them! Let’s see what the future holds for me…
